What does this mean for you?

The annual general meetings of Baloise and Helvetia approved the planned merger on 23 May 2025. The merger to create the new Helvetia Baloise Holding Ltd now depends on the regulatory approvals, which we expect to obtain in the fourth quarter of 2025. Until the merger is completed, Baloise and Helvetia will continue to operate independently of each other.

As our customer, you do not have to do anything: your insurance cover according to your insurance contracts and your banking relationships will remain unchanged. You can also still count on the quality and reliability you have come to expect from us.
